Samma offers brand-new studio apartments for residents 55 years of age or older, with households earning no more than 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Please note, Samma is not an assisted living facility.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for residency, applicants must:
- Be at least 55 years of age (senior community)
- Have a household income that meets LIHTC guidelines (see below)
- Occupy the unit as your primary residence
- Maintain a positive rental and credit history
- Complete an in-person application appointment, including background check

Application Process
Samma participates in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. All applications must be completed in person by appointment.
